Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be 18-40 years for Open merit candidates, 18-43 years for SC/ ST/ RBA/ ALC/ OSC candidates, 18-42 years for physically challenged candidates, 18-48 years for Ex-Servicemen candidates, 18-40 years for Government Service/ Contractual employees as on 01-01-2014.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation and having hill driving License issued by competent authority for post A-1, Graduation from any recognized University having minimum speed of 65 and 35 words per minute in Shorthand and Type writing respectively for post A-2, 3 years Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering from Government recognized Institute/ Indian University Degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering for post A-3, A-4, Graduation with knowledge of type writing at least 35 words speed per minute for post A-5, Diploma in Electric/ Electronics A-6. Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical/ Type/ Written Test/ interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.400/- in any of the branches of Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the account number specified and printed on the payment Challan only.
